Shift is a 12-week progressive strength training program built around your equipment availability — home or gym. Structured, intentional training without nutrition coaching or check-ins.

Your program updates every 6 weeks — giving you 2 fresh, progressive programs within your 12 weeks. At week 5 there is one check-in to ensure your second phase is built around how your body has responded and what equipment you have available.

You will train to develop:
