Gym-based strength development built around progressive overload and phased programming.
Every 4–6 weeks your training evolves to drive continued gains in strength, muscle development, and conditioning. The objective is to build an athletic, capable body that holds up through perimenopause, midlife, and beyond.
You will train to develop:

- A stable, powerful core
- Conditioning that supports real life
