Every client starts here. No exceptions. We assess where your metabolism actually is, start reversing the damage, and build a foundation your body can work from. This is where we stop the bleeding.
Weeks 1 to 4 include weekly check-ins so we can monitor how your body is responding and adjust in real time.
Then We Build.
Once your metabolism is stabilizing and your energy is returning, we shift into building — strength, muscle, capacity. Fat loss becomes a byproduct of doing things right, not the goal we're punishing you toward.
From week 5 check-ins move to bi-weekly. You're not a beginner anymore. We coach you accordingly.

FAQ
Will I have to give up my favourite foods?
No. The goal is to build a way of eating you can actually live with. You'll learn how to work the foods you love into your nutrition without guilt, anxiety, or compensation. That's the whole point.
I've never tracked macros. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You start with a done-for-you meal plan. Macro tracking comes later, at your pace, when you're ready. There's no expectation that you arrive knowing anything.
I'm on a GLP-1. Can I still work with you?
Yes. GLP-1 medications can be a useful tool but without the right nutrition and training to support them, muscle loss is a real problem. We work with women on GLP-1s to make sure their body composition is protected while the medication does its job.
I'm afraid eating more will make me gain weight.
That fear makes complete sense if you've been dieting for years. Your body has been in survival mode and eating more feels terrifying. We move through this slowly and strategically, monitoring your biofeedback the whole way. Most clients are surprised by what their body does when it finally feels safe.
Can this be used for contest prep?
Contest prep coaching is available on a selective basis, primarily for returning clients. If that's something you're interested in, mention it in your application. That said, we strongly recommend completing the 16-week program first. Building a solid metabolic foundation before stepping into prep makes the entire process safer and significantly more effective.
What happens after the 16 weeks?
Most clients choose to continue. Continuation coaching is available exclusively for graduates — you keep building on your results with a coach who already knows your history. We'll have that conversation naturally toward the end of your program.

Investment is discussed during your discovery call after your application is reviewed. This is a high-touch, fully personalized coaching experience and we want to make sure it's the right fit before anyone commits to anything.
