There are five phases in the full system. Every client begins with Phase 1 — no exceptions. Your second phase is then determined based on your biofeedback, progress, and goals.

Phase 1 is mandatory for all new clients. It is the foundation everything else is built on. Once your body has stabilized and your data is in, I select the phase that is right for you next — giving you a fully personalized 16-week transformation.

This is where every journey begins. I conduct a comprehensive assessment of your health history, dieting background, and current metabolic state. A strategic reverse dieting protocol gradually increases your caloric intake while minimizing fat gain — stopping the restriction cycle and signalling to your body that it is finally safe. Training focuses on form, mobility, and building a consistent routine without overwhelming your system. You leave this phase with a stabilized metabolism, improved energy, and a body ready to respond.

Phase 2Metabolic Resilience & RecoveryCoach-Determined

With your metabolism stabilized and your energy returning, I shift focus to building capacity. This is not about restriction — it is about teaching your body to perform. Progressive overload begins, training intensity increases, and your nutrition is refined to support muscle growth and recovery. Where Phase 1 stops the damage, Phase 2 rebuilds the engine. Your body learns what it feels like to be strong and fuelled again.

Your body is now primed for recomposition. I make strategic adjustments to accelerate fat loss while preserving the muscle you have built. This is where the visible changes in how your clothes fit — and how you look in the mirror — really begin to show. This phase only works because of the foundation laid before it.

A dedicated hypertrophy focus targeting the shoulders, glutes, and waistline to build the athletic, feminine shape you are after. I dial in your performance nutrition to support every session and maximize recovery. This is where the body you have been working toward starts to take its final shape.

This is not the finish line — it is the consolidation phase. FAQ

Will I have to give up my favourite foods?

Absolutely not. I teach you how to integrate the foods you love into your plan without guilt or anxiety. This is about building a sustainable lifestyle — not another restrictive diet.

I have never tracked macros before. Is that a problem?

Not at all. You start with a done-for-you meal plan and only transition to macro tracking when you feel ready. I guide you through every step — there is no expectation that you arrive knowing anything.

I have a demanding career. Will I have time for this?

Yes. This program is designed specifically for high-achieving women with busy lives. I focus on efficiency — intelligent training and streamlined nutrition that fits into your schedule, not one that takes it over. Three to four training sessions per week, no hours of cardio required.

I am afraid that eating more will make me gain weight.

This is the most common fear among clients who have been dieting for years — and it is completely valid. I guide you through this process slowly and strategically, monitoring your biofeedback every step of the way. Most clients are surprised by how their body responds when it finally feels safe.

Can former competitors join this program?

Absolutely — and many of my clients come from a competitive background. I understand the unique hormonal and metabolic challenges that come with years of stage prep and extreme cuts. This program was built with you in mind.

Can this program be used for contest prep?

Yes — I do offer contest prep coaching. It is available on an application basis only, and returning clients are always welcome. Contest prep coaching is priced at $2,000 CAD for 16 weeks, or $550 CAD every 4 weeks on a payment plan. That said, I strongly recommend completing the 16-week Elite Recomp Accelerator first. Building a solid metabolic and strength foundation before stepping into a prep phase makes the entire process safer, more effective, and significantly better for your long-term health. If you are interested in contest prep, mention it in your application and I will be in touch.

What happens after I finish the 16-week program?

Many clients choose to continue beyond their initial program. Continuation coaching is available exclusively for graduates — giving you the option to keep building on your results with a coach who already knows your history. If that interests you, we will have that conversation naturally toward the end of your program.
