Forever Home Body Recomp Series
Thirteen years ago I opened the doors to my coaching business. At the time I had no idea where the path would lead—only that I wanted to help people build stronger bodies and better relationships with themselves through training, nutrition, and honest coaching.
Over the years the business has evolved, grown, broken apart in places, and been rebuilt more than once. That process has taught me a lot about people, about the industry, and about what actually creates lasting change. Recently I even made the decision to hire my own business coach so I could step back, refine my direction, and rebuild the structure of my coaching with more clarity and intention for the future.
Because of that reflection, this anniversary feels different.
To celebrate 13 years in business, I’m doing something I’ve never done before. For this week only, I’m giving away my Forever Home Body Blueprint completely free.
The Forever Home Body Blueprint is the framework I use to help women stop chasing endless fat-loss cycles and instead build a body that actually lasts. Most people think “recomp” means losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time forever. In reality, that only happens in very specific situations and it isn’t a sustainable long-term strategy. Real body transformation happens through structured phases that respect biology, metabolism, and time.
Over the next 8 days, a new article from the series will land in your inbox each day. Each piece builds on the last and walks you through the full blueprint—from understanding how your body regulates weight, to defining your long-term physique goals, to learning how structured phases allow you to build and maintain your “forever” body without constant restriction.
At the end of the series, you’ll also receive early access to my annual anniversary coaching promotion, exclusive only to email subscribers and current members.
This series is my way of saying thank you for being part of the journey these past 13 years, and for allowing me to keep doing the work I love.
