Shift is a 12-week progressive strength training program for women who want structured, intentional training without nutrition coaching or check-ins.
This is gym-based strength development built around progressive overload and phased programming.
Every 4–6 weeks, your training evolves to drive continued gains in strength, muscle development, and conditioning. The objective is to build an athletic, capable body that holds up through perimenopause, midlife, and beyond.
You will train to develop:
Strong glutes
A resilient, defined back
Capped shoulders
A stable, powerful core
Conditioning that supports real life
Shift focuses on performance-driven aesthetics, prioritizing the areas women want to build while reinforcing structural strength and long-term durability.
There is no nutrition coaching component.
There are no check-ins.
This is structured training without added obligation.

At the end of your 12 weeks, you may renew and continue building from your previous phase with new, progressive programming.
All programming is designed by Jennifer Kersten, a coach with 30 years of experience who has developed thousands of women’s physiques, from general population clients to athletes who have competed on the IFBB Pro stage.
Once payment is completed, you will be connected to the app within 24 hours. You may choose your preferred start date, and your 12-week programming will begin on that date.
